  • Real Estate
    • Fixed Rate - We offer competitive fixed rate loans.  These loans are available for residential 1-4 family home purchases and refinances only.  Miscellaneous amortizations with rates lockable for 15, 20, and 30 years.  All fixed rate mortgages are serviced in house.
    • Variable Rate - We offer competitive variable rate loans with miscellaneous amortizations.  1, 3, and 5 year balloons are available.
  • Home Equity
    • Variable Rate - We offer competitive variable rate loans with miscellaneous amortizations.  All rates are based on a 3 year balloon.
  • Auto
    • New - We offer competitive rates on new auto loans.  Loans on new automobiles may be amortized for up to 5 years.
    • Used - We offer competitive rates on used auto loans.  Amortizations for used auto loans are based on the age of vehicle and can be issued for up to 48 months.
  • Consumer
    • Most other loans fall under the consumer loan category if it cannot be categorized as one of the above.  Consumer loan terms are determined based on the type and age of the collateral.
