Open Position: AG Lending Officer
Germantown Trust & Savings Bank is growing our ag lending team and we’re looking for someone who understands agriculture and values relationships.
As a leader in agricultural lending in Clinton County, GTSB offers the opportunity to work with an established ag customer base while cultivating new business in a community-focused, relationship-driven environment.
This full-time, in-person position includes:
- Competitive salary ($65,000-$80,000)

Ideal candidates will have:
- An agricultural background, ag degree, and/or lending experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
