ATTENTION GTSB MOBILE APP USERS

You may or may not notice a new look to your mobile banking app today.

The update may install automatically, or you may need to uninstall and reinstall from the app store.

Usernames and passwords will remain the same; however, they will not be saved. You will need to re-enter to log in.

Face IDs will also need to be reset.

This is a temporary fix for APPLE USERS ONLY due to the recent Apple iOS Version 26 update that limited some functionality for Apple users.
