ATTENTION GTSB MOBILE APP USERS
If you are experiencing difficulties logging into the GTSB mobile banking app, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
This is a temporary solution for some users, resulting from recent updates that impacted certain functionality within the mobile app.
If you need to uninstall and reinstall the app, usernames and passwords will remain the same; however, they will not be saved. You will need to re-enter to log in.
Face IDs may also need to be reset.
This fix is primarily for ANDROID USERS ONLY and is in addition to a previous temporary fix for APPLE USERS ONLY due to the recent Apple iOS Version 26 update that limited some functionality for Apple users.
